We process contact form data to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and/or your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Separate consent is sought for any additional purposes (e.g., marketing).

Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

Recipients and transfers

We do not share data with third parties except trusted IT providers (hosting and email) and only as necessary for system operation. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
